Post Off center right wheel...

hey guys, im new here and needing some advice.

i have a 2003 Honda accord ex 2dr automatic v4, well so i want to fix this issue i have car runs and drives fine BUT my passenger side front wheel is off-centered close to the fender has like a two fist gap from the tire to the front bumper and i know that's why my steering wheel is off-centered to, as i drive i have to hold the steering wheel a little to the left at between 10 or 11 o`clock if you understand?! if i center the steering wheel the car pulls the the right....

hope to hear for ya

p.s. the car was in a accident 4 years ago but was fixed since, went to get alignment awhile while back, was told i needed to get a part to center the wheel but i have forgotten what part it was, its like $100-$150 part.

Sounds like the lower control arm is bent. Jack the car up and look underneath to see what it is.
