On my 2009 Accord V6, there is a self test feature, maybe similar for yours. Turn off ignition, then rotate the key to position II. Press and hold the OFF button on the AC controls. At same time press the DEFROST button to make the light go on and off 5 times. Then release OFF button. The system should go into the test mode and cycle blower, door motors, etc. Not sure how your dash looks but your central display should show any flashing symbols or trouble codes. You have to look at a shop manual available online to see what it all means, but if you do not get any codes or flashing then there are no problems. After you do this test you may have to go back and reset your temperature settings for inside the car.

each car year seems to have its own buttons to press so best thing is to look up shop manual or maybe a Chilton's
