1998 Honda Accord 4 cyl - Failed Emission Test (KOEO - Key On Engine On)
Today, I failed my emissions test.
The test showed all my emissions devices are working.
My vehicle failed on (KOEO) which means 'Key On Engine On' test. The test is turning the key to 'ON' position and waiting for Check Engine light to turn on. The problem is mine will not come on.
Does anyone have a solution to fix my problem?
Last note, test was conducted by GA emissions.

My mechanic informed me the ECM computer is defective. Does anyone know where I can purchase one for a reasonable price?
