Hi All!

Right now i'm feeling really upset. I purchase my Crosstour on last Saturday. It was a 2010 without navigation. I wanted navigation but they had none left in the 2010. They offerred me a 2011 for nearly 12k more with the navigation! Instead, they told me I could get it added on the 2010, which a did. THey also had me finance this into my loan. I ordered the Pioneer Navigation system as I was told it would be fully integrated into my car. I go to pick up today and guess what...no Pioneer. Instead they installed some off brand "MoCar". Their excuse was that they would have had to order an additional kit for my car and that the bluetooth was not compatible with my Crosstour. My question, is all this true or just a bunch of BS? Has anyone ever even heard of this "MoCar" crap?

Check your contract... If you paid for pioneer and they didn't install the parts you paid for then that is there problem. If you just signed a contract on a promise from the dealer... well... learn how to buy cars better.

+1, If they needed to order and extra piece for ur car to add the Pioneer then they shouldve ordered it or told u to come back... if ur paying for Pioneer i would demand Pioneer..
