Honda Accord 06 SRS Code 4-5
Hi All!
My honda has had the srs light on ever since I bought it, and has not been in a crash ever. I have to get a state inspection and they said I cant have the light on. I read the srs code using the paperclip method (4 and 9 pins) and saw it flash a 4-5 code. I searched it up on this site and it says "short circuited To Ground In Passenger Seat Belt Tensioner". I tried googling this and couldn't find any information on it. Could anyone point me in the right direction or explain what this code is and what part I should be looking at?
Thank you, any help would be appreciated,
-Sid

If I had to guess, I would say on your Accord it will require the seat belt assembly, I don't believe there is a tensioner in the buckle. On your Civic, you need a buckle.
