I have a 2003 Accord. The passenger Seat airbag deployed after hitting a piece of truck retread in the road. I replaced the airbag and side impact sensor. The SRS light is staying on. I followed the tech bulletin to read the code and to manually initialize the opds. The OPDS will not initialize and I am getting a "15-4" code. I have no idea what this is telling me. I cannot find a reference to it any where.

possible opds need to be renitialize suggest taking it to a dealer
