The differential in the transmission on 03-12 Accords is open and so torque is sent to the wheel with the least resistance. This means both passenger and driver's side axles will see varying amounts or torque and stress throughout normal daily driving. The chances of one failing more than the other are with so many variables that it is impossible to really say that one will fail more than the other. If you really need to know, you'd need to conduct a survey. Both axles are created equally strong really. I would say though that the inboard joint however will usually tend to hold up the longest when compared to the outboard joint. The inboard joint is a plunge type joint that deals with changes in required length (as well as changes in angle as the wheel moves upward and downward) where as the outboard deals with changes in steering angle (as well as angle changes as the wheel moves upward and downward).

Thank you for the response.
The question was regarding to try to shotgun a possible solution for a vibration that occurs at 35-45 MPH under acceleration. No vibrations before or after that speed range and it only is noticeable under acceleration. Car has no vibration at 75 MPH even when accelerating from 65 and up. (speed limit in PA is 70). Tires rotated and balanced, no change. Car is a 2012 EX 4 cyl 5 spd, 75K org owner and is "driven in the left lane". I could go to the dealer but am willing to try a axle which I feel it probably is.
