Apparent grounding issue

Apparent grounding issue
Hi,
I have a 2003 V6 Accord EX that has started to exhibit an issue in the past 3 weeks I am hoping someone can help me with.
The initial symptom was that when I went to turn on the high beams, the check Engine light would flash and engine sputter dropping RPMs. It only lasted a second or so and was not consistent.
Then a couple times it stalled when pulling into a location but again was not consistent and no apparent cause.
After about a week, it started to get consistent that when I switched to high beams it would act up (check engine light would flash and rpms drop) then started doing it when I turned on ether turn signal. BTW - no computer codes for the engine or transmission during any of this.
At that point I suspected electrical and checked the negative battery to chassis cable - cleaning it and reattaching. That immediately stopped the issue for about a week but just yesterday it started again when I go to high beams.
Now I am wondering if I have other grounds to check but not sure where they all are located. Does anyone have a wiring diagram that includes all grounds? I saw a ground strap attached to the left side engine mount that I am thinking of replacing, but now feel I am chasing a ground issue without a clue where it is.
Hoping for any advice/experience I can leverage. Thanks in advance!

Re: Apparent grounding issue
Quick update. I found 3 ground cables (Battery to Chassis, Engine Mount to Chassis and Transmission to Chassis) and replaced them all given the relatively low cost. The problem has not come back since so I think one or more of those were flaky. Thanks!
