cpl day ago my wiper works only on one speed . today they stop working completely.
i checked all the fuses . any help be appreciated.

03 accords have a recall for the wipers not working. If the recall hasn't been done yet head over to the closest dealer and they should check it out for free.

The flaw is that the air inlet grille at the base of the windshield lets water flow through right onto the wiper motor. In certain very wet conditions it flows across the motor bracket and a vent hole in the motor can inhale the water and corrode the internals over time. If you are already experiencing motor failure they should replace it and also add a shield over the motor to prevent water from falling on it.
