I have a 2003 Accord ex 4cyl with a problem in the blinker system. The blinker will blink to the right but registers nothing to the left. No noise, no indicator on the dash, nothing. Tried the hazzards and same result, nothing on the left, blinker to the right. I changed the front and rear bulbs, changed out the blinker switch on the column. Checked the gounds and they seem to be good and tight. Could this be a relay? with one side still working? Does the system run through the hazzard switch?

Need a little advice on where to go next.....

You should check the relays if everything else was looked at.

turn signal relay..seen plenty of those.
