Im having problems with my 2003 Honda Accord. I live in Canada so we had a couple weeks of -30° C so I figured the cold was screwing with it so I purchased a new battery, cleaned the terminals and replaced the 4 spark plugs and it still wont start properly or sometimes wont start at all. Im wondering if anyone had or is having the same issue and could let me know some advice

Thinking out loud here... yeah, otherwise runs normally? how many miles?
Perhaps fuel filter or lines clogged. That's too cold man,brrr....could be clogged (iced?) air filter. take it out and see if starts better
