03 accord manual won't go over 3000 rpm P2647
Drove to work this morning car was fine left work and car wouldn't go over 3000 rpm even in neutral wouldn't rev over that either. Check engine light had come on and the code is P2647 rocker arm system stuck on B1 w/ sgl oil pressure.
My car was a quart low of oil last week and my dad put in a quart of 15w 40 Bc he didn't think one quart would make a difference. Is this really causing the issue or is it something more serious? When I looked up the code it said one of the many causes COULD BE incorrect oil viscosity. PLEASE HELP, I'm out of town w little money.
