I had the same problem and my friend had it as well, just replace the O rings, they went bad. If you can do it yourself its an easy $10 fix

$10 in parts and 2-4 hours in labour......that's for someone who knows engines and has a manual to follow. Someone doing it for the first time should set aside a complete weekend as you need to do more than just remove the rocker assembly and replace the O-rings. You also have to adjust the valves....would also be a good time to replace the timing belt and water pump if it hasn't been done lately.
At the very minimum you should get a complete valve cover gasket kit and a Helms manual to do this....

If so then, yes! The 6 x 1.0mm bolts (10mm socket) = 8.7 lbf-ft and the 8 x 1.25mm bolts (12mm socket) = 16 lbf-ft.
