Solid cel during code reading 90 accord f22a1
I recently bought a 91 honda accord lx that was wrecked into a ditch no visible damage just subframe damage lady said the car ran great b4 the accident. When I got it home and started it the car is in limp mode wont rev past 3400rpm so I put a jumper n the blue clip to read the codes and the check engine light srs and oil light all stay solid I've tried to jump it with the ignition in the on position and also jumped it with key off then key on still same results the car also has a big throttle response delay poor power I've done a comp test all 4 were good. I changed the entire upper part of the intake manifold and throttle body from my other accord that i know is good i still get the same outcome.. I'm sorry this is kinda hard to read but I only have 4% battery on my phone but back to it the air bags have been deployed I can unhook the throttle bodys vacuum line and it idle rough but has great throttle response.. the o2sensor was cut by the fan shroud and the green and white wires were pinched to gather so I unhooked the o2 altogether again I jumped the blue clip behind the kick panel on pass side 2 pins
