Why would my 03 Accord 4 cyl be sluggish around 1500 rpms, the car has 160,000 and I have never had a problem with it, have done all maintenance and over the last month or so it has been feeling sluggish, one day I pulled into a parking spot and the car acted like it was going to die while in park and running, the RPM needle was jumping around like crazy too.

Is the check engine light on? Scan it for codes (it's free at Autozone) and post the exact code. Even if the light isn't on it could be storing codes. That being said, chances are your catalytic converter has gone bad. They don't usually last more than 6-8 years, sensors even less.
