Removing stubborn marker lenses

Removing stubborn marker lenses
Hello All. I hope your hondas are running great!
I need to replace the turn signal marker bulb and running bulb on one front side, and though I've removed the screw it won't budge. I'm not sure if there's another constraint holding it in place, or I need to do something to pop the grommet loose. I don't want to force it and break anything, am I missing another screw(s) or is there a good way to get this loose somewhat gently or do I need to pop it loose with elbow grease? Am I right I need to remove the lens to get at the bulb or does it come off from the inside like the headlight bulb? Thanks for any input.

For the fender corner lense.
Open the hood and remove the screw that attaches the grey arm to the body.
Using a flat bar wrapped in tape and a towel to protect the paint.
Gently prise the marker lamp housing forward.
There are two tabs that hold the lense to a bracket. It will need to pop out to be removed.
Jiggling the lense up and down slightly may help break it free. Usually a lot of crud builds up and makes the housing stick.
For the front bumper lense.
Remove the single screw, or at least verify it is fully unscrewed by feeling it 'click' as it reaches the peak thread and then pops down.
Push the housing laterally to the outside.
Roll the housing out of the bumper housing to clear the in side and then release the outside tab.
Rotate bulb holder to remove lense from bulb.
Both will be hard to remove if the car has lots of crud built up over the years or someone has glued the housing to the car.
