"Best" is subjective.
eBay cast log manifolds are surprisingly durable and work well for basic setups.
eBay or other unbranded stainless steel tubular manifolds are garbage. Garbage welds, garbage metal, garbage product.
If you want a quality tubular manifold it's going to be $$$$$. PLM is the lower end of "good quality". There are other companies out there that fabricate their own manifold designs for you. They can easily be found with a little google searching.
If it's a stock block then an eBay cast log and the right turbo will make more power than the bottom end can stand. H23A VTEC engines have short dinky little rods and make lots of torque when boosted which is a recipe for broken rods and windowed blocks.

Ya I have been doing a lot I just wanted to see and ask for a few options this is my first build don’t need to much power but definitely want a little power
