Icon6 problems after compression test

i got a 2000 Honda accord sedan v6...The other day i did a compression test n i the test results were good. all cylinders were pumping out round the same psi. Then i put all the spark plugs back and wat i think was t the fuse for the fuel pump relay. After starting the car and making it run for a lil bit, the car stalled. I started it again and i notice the car idles at 500rpm before it did at bout 1500rpm.. What is wrong help me please.

Two posibilities I can think of...

Did you mix up the plug leads? IOW, got the firing order correct?

If you pulled the fuse that powers the ECU, it may have to relearn the idle. You can either keep driving it as needed and it will eventually relearn. Otherwise, with all accessories turned off, you start the engine and let it idle without touching the accelerator. I don't recall how long, but 5 minutes should do it.
