Problems after Battery Disconnected
My fiancee's 02 Accord, with the 6 cylinder engine, 5sp manual, had to have a leaky sunroof repaired. Evidently, the shop disconnected the battery to do the work. Well the shop evidently didn't know how to reset the computer or something.
ABS light is intermittenly on.
Alarm system doesn't work.
Rear window defroster doesn't work.
CD Player had to have the code entered in, but that's been remedied.
There may be other electrical problems, but they haven't surfaced yet.
If I were there in Seattle, which I'm not, I would check the fuses first, especially for the defroster. Is there a reset button for the other things, or a reset button for the computer? Anyone disconnected the battery on one of these newer cars?
Thanks,
Mark

Re: Problems after Battery Disconnected (NorthLight)
Blown fuses, disconnected harness, or cut/shorted wires. If you have a manual check to see what fuses apply. Good luck
