Default power windows stuck

On my 95 ex accord the power windows get stuck about halfway up. At the halfway point I have to pull and press up to get them to go up. That is what makes me think it isnt a motor problem just something making it stick. Any suggestion on how to get it unstuck would be greatly appreciated, I just dont have that much money and am looking for a cheap fix, thanks.

I'd take the door panel off and grease up everything in the inside, they tend to fall to the side and get stuck while rolling up. I actually got my windows to roll up faster by cleaning the corrosion off my battery. Our windows are weak.

Don't forget to lubricate the run channel.
