well i know it can handle up to 8 psi safely. but how sure are you about like 14-16 psi for the track? as far as from what i've heard and read i should build the motor a little bit. i mean i am leaning to n/a more now so it doesn't really matter. i'll probably get some head work done because i don't think i'm getting a new car anymore.

psi's are different by turbo's. if you're leaning towards n/a your def not going to need the block sleeved.. but you'd probably want the internals changed
