Default Misfire without code

I have a 2001 accord EX 2.3 Auto, and cyl4 is having a misfire at low end RPM. When I get into normal driving (40+) it goes away. Im not getting any codes whatsoever. Any idea what it could be? I replaced the plug, but I know some people say it's the distributor. Can anyone give me any help on what I should replace first?

EDIT: I replaced the distributor cap and rotor, hasn't fixed it. next i'll try to clean the IACV and see what happens.

Try replacing the spark plug wire to that cylinder and see if it helps.
