Can somebody direct me to the lightest pulleys out there on the market, or maybe ones that you guys have had good experience with (on Accords or Integras)? I need to lighten my rotating mass under the hood so any other suggestions as how to do so would be helpful. I have tried several configurations but they have turned out disastrous.

In my opinion, the pulleys really didn't do much... it's not worth the expense and labor time to install them.

What do you have to pull those kind of stats on your Accord (245 bhp, 265 torque)?

It's not the lower mass of the pulleys that frees up horsepower; it's the smaller diameter that reduces the gearing and load of the accessories on motor. For every turn of your crank, all your accessories will turn less and therefore suck up fewer ponies.

well, on my car, i didn't notice any power gains... for the money, you can do other things that will yield more power and efficiency...

Yeah, pulley gains only noticeable on a dyno really.

well the less rotational mass gives greater rotational acceleration and lovely top end

Oh absolutely. But the rotational mass saved by pulleys is going to be insignificant compared to that big iron crank and valvetrain and accessory drag.
