The best one would be the ECU that was made for the Preludes that came with the H22.

it depends on the setup you are or are planning on running...in all reality, a p72 is more tunable (gsr ecu)...if you have no secondary intake runners (i.e. using the type r intake manifold) a p28 will suit you fine...it's all about what you have...the stock ecu is the p13 in which case you should use if your motor is in stock form...

yeah, i have the p13, which of course is what the motor came with.......but for some reason with that ecu my redline is like 6800rpms......and my vtec has never worked...........and i still haven't got it running again since it randomly died when i was driving......the guy that has it said it needed a distributor, so he replaced that, now he says the computer doesn't respond....so i really have no idea what the hell is wrong w/ it. its been there for like 3 weeks............i think i explained that whole situation to you before, about when it stopped running......am i correct?
also what do you mean by the motor being in stock form?

stock intake manifold, stock internals, stock injectors and all that...

just so you know, i'm having the same troubles as well with my h22 right now...i'm throwing codes 10 and 14 though, which both ended up being problems with the ecu...i'm replacing it though with hopes that it cures all the problems...it appears that this might be the same for you...are you throwing any codes?

yes...........egr, o2, vtec, and one more...i think 41...........
but i have the egr blocked and the a6,a11pins switched.....so that explains the egr and o2..................so yours won't start at all?

no mine runs, i just am limping with no vtec and running rich....code 10 is the IAT...code 14 is the IACV...anyways, make sure that all your connections are good, and get out a voltmeter to test continuity from the pins from your ecu to the sensors...also test for power to each of your connections...
