ecu question

Default ecu question

have a mini-me z6 head on a b7 block. have a p06 ecu and was told i could still use it due to me running uberdata. my question is what do i need to do to engage the vtec on the non vtec ecu. the ecu is going to be chipped/socketed, and setup for datalogging but i havent started yet b/c i want to do this only one time. any help would be great, thanks

u need an ecu with vtec.....chances are a p28...

theres a WAY TO CHANGE THE NON VTEC ECU OVER

you have to be an experience soldeir, and what not to be able to do that, if u know anyone on this site that can convert non vtec ecu's to vtec one's u will just have to ship it off . that or just go out and by a p28.
