So today I was driving down the highway and I saw something in the road...It didnt look dangerous so I just kept driving and I couldnt get in the right lane or move around it cuz it was right smack dab in the middle of the road...so I drove over it come to find out it was a huge chunk of some kind of metal...put a HUGE dent in my downpipe it almost closed it shut on one side..the other side is fine it didnt even hit it...but it threw a 41 and a 12..which is primary oxygen sensor..which I JUST replaced and egr lift sensor which i just recently fixed..does anyone know whats going on..also theres a horrible rattle under my car while its ideling at a stop once im driving its fine but when im at a red light or something it sounds horrible...anyone got any ideas..im waiting on my car to cool off and then im going to check it out

 

ok so I just looked at it all..theres a huge dent in the one pipe that is closest to the drivers side..and also theres a huge dent in my oil pan right next to the down pipe ..also it somehow dented up the o2 sensor pretty bad..which I just damn replaced...oh effin well...anyone know if all this could cause a code 12(egr valve sensor) my guess is yes basically because the flow of air through the exhaust is minimal now because that one pipe is almost dented shut..but what do you all think?
