Disconnect hydraulic hose line? 98 accord
Im stuck trying to replace my clutch master cylinder because the hydraulic line connected to it doesnt want to come off. I cant use a flare-nut wrench because the line is just round at the end, no way of gripping it? Any idea how to get these lines off? It would be nice ot be not have to take the bus again to work tomorrow..haha

there should be a cotter pin I think holding the line into the clutch MC.

That is correct. It should come out with a little effert, but going back in is a different story. Its pretty hard to get the cotter pin back in. But be patient it will go back in.

Thanks for the replies guys. I already had the cotter pin out but the line is still in there tight. The slave cylinder has the same connection WITHOUT the cotter pin, and it's firmly in there too, so I'm still trying to figure out how these come out?
