Default Code 20

Got a code 20 and 41. Voltage detector and 02 sensor. Would the 02 sensor cause both codes ?

Car likes to sputter when I turn in low speeds and when I use the brakes at a stop.

Is the problem the voltage detector or is the the voltage detctor telling me that something is wrong ?

Code 41 pertains to the Heater part of the O2 sensor, you can check the resistance and be sure there is power when the key is on. See pic.
Code 20 is the ELD; so first thing is to check Alt output, quick check is to see if there is 14+ volts on the battery cable just after an engine start.

Just exactly how low is the idle RPM?
