A little background info is needed here...
Wednesday I swapped on a ported/polished intake manifold and ported TB. Got everything back together. Started it, ran fine, drove it around, ran fine, no problems at all. Thursday night, I'm going to a buddy's house and I notice the CEL light is on, great now what. I stop in at autozone to have them check the code, P1457 - Evap System Canister X 2 (it was there twice). Keep in mind that the whole time I noticed this the car ran fine, no stuttering, no wierd smells, nothing. I drove around all night w/ no problems. The only thing I can come up w/ is that after swapping in the new parts I have a high pitched whistle/squeal coming from either the intake manifold or the throttle body at partial throttle (like from a stop) after that it's gone. But that was there at initial start up so....?? It just doesn't make sense that it'd show up after almost 24 hours of driving normal.
What could cause this? Loose vacuum line?

Check out this thread, scroll down until you get to my post about how to check that stuff.

I think P1457 is one of those codes that has to fail a couple times before it sets off the CEL.

code p1457 has to do as you know with the EVAP system,, there is a bulletin on this you might want to call honda dealer they might help but on couple that i have tested it needed a evap bypass solenoid valve but again call dealer first
hey before you call the dealer i would check your vacuume lines make sure there all in the same place or right place. the evap sytem under heavy load conditions adds the excess fuel/fuel vapor stored in the charcole canistor into a vacuume line that flows right after the throttle body plate
