Car WON'T start if over 80 degrees outside, hmm?
I'm thinking its the stock fuel pump in my 92 accord that is causing this problem. i swapped an h22a into it last year and i remember last summer there was a few times it would try starting, but would not turn over. i never bothered trouble shooting because i would just use my other car.
being that it is my daily driver this year i have noticed that when the temperature is around 80+ degrees outside, it will not turn over. i even undid the fuelline at the fuelrail, turned the key and nothing squirted out. but, if i wait till it cools down outside, like in the evening when the sun goes down, it'll start right up and run absolutely perfect. no starving for fuel all the way up to 8,000rpm. and even more confusing, if i start the car in the garage, then go out and drive around in 90 degree weather, it'll be fine as long as i dont turn it off. AHHHHHHH PLEASE... ya think i just need to get a nice walbro pump or sumthin?

sounds like your main relay. i just replaced mine and it works like a charm now.
i would suggest taking yours out, steps: http://techauto.tripod.com/mainrelay.htm
and resoldier(sp?) the top pieces and make some holes on the cover so it ventilate.
