A company called Delta will regrind the stock cam for around $95 if I remember correctly. You send the cam to them, and choose from 3 different stages of regrinds, and they ship it back to you in a day or so.

Actually... I'd buy an f22A3 cam... just to compare and play with... that particular engine is rated at 150hp... I highly doubt the power increase comes from the cam alone... but it'd probably give you a little felt gain at a minimum... and if you were feeling like sharing have a machine shop measure the lobes and share that info and myself or someone else can post up the stock F22A1 cam numbers to compare...
and since someone mentioned Delta... I was very happy with my regrind from them... good power gains and when I pulled it out there was very little to no wear on it... and the price is right from a company with mucho cam experience...

Re: camshaft too Accord-92 (pyrojeff)
do delta have any webpage and do the deliver to sweden.
im swedish living in sweden and there is no performance parts to the Accord in sweden or in europe at all so i must buy all my parts from the US.
if i would send my camshaft to a machine shop here in sweden to make a regraind to my own camshaft i would pay 391 dollars.
i think it will cost less to send it to US fore a regraind then to do it here.
