Both cooling fans not working

Both cooling fans not working
Both my condenser fan and radiator fan are not functioning.
Ive checked the fuses, relays, replaced the thermostat, thermoswitch, and have jumped the ground with the battery, which turned them on. I dont really know too much more on what to try

What year is your car? On my 94 I had that problem when my coolant sender/switch on the thermostat housing went bad. Try shorting it / unplugging it.

Yep thats the one. Changed it out, didnt change anything. A/c doesnt turn them on either. Coolant is also constantly gone so i refill it often but the fans just went out this week (as far as i know)
(broke the old piece trying to get it off)

I'm not even sure where to start with this one..........
First, in post #5 that picture is the wrong switch to control the FANS when the key is on. That switch will only control ONE fan when the key is off.
Next if you are having to add coolant, you have a leak that you need to find and repair. After the repair be sure to properly bleed the air from the cooling system.
Do the fans run if you run wires from the battery to them?

Does the AC actually work in the car....meaning when you turn on the AC the compressor clutch will engage and spin the compressor?
Follow the LOWER hose to the t-stat housing, you stated you replaced the t-stat so you should know where I'm talking about, there is another green sensor near there. That is what I will call "thermo A".
Unplug the wire harness going to it. Use a piece of wire or paper clip and jump the wire side of the connector together. Turn the key to "on"/pos-II....do BOTH fans come on?
I'm assuming this is a 97 4cyl based upon how I'm reading this thread.

Yes the ac works. When the car is idle though, whe. I turn on the ac, my rpm goes crazy and car sounds like its gonna die. Also yes I've tried the paper clip test; the fans still didnt turn on
