Aftermarket Rims and Tires 17's or 18's?
Im planning to get Tein lowering springs to lower my 95 Honda Accord but dont know what size of rims and tires to get... Im looking at 225/50/17 or 225/45/18? how much wide can I go? like 235 on the tires?
Also if you could kindly post up some pics with your ride that has 17's or 18's it would be greatly appreciated...

whoa 225/50/17 thats going to be a big *** tire on the car lol
if your going to do that get 45 series and 18s id go with some 40 series tires and with those springs you can use the 235 if you like since the car wont be super low

LoL yeah going 50 on 17's is huge... but for daily driving, its adds a little bit cushion not feeling the roughness of the road is that correct? even if i go 45/18 will it be the same as having 50/17? or is it a little bit rougher? does the width of the rims also factors? lets say 17x7 or 18x7... will 215 tire looks even on the rims? I just dont want it seeing like the lip of the rims is protruding ( wider rims than the tires) dont want the lip of the rims scrape on curbs lol, I like having the tires a little bit wider than the rims... what would be the max width of the tires i can put on without scrapping it?

lol thats what I'm running on my car right now, and I'm lowered on coilovers. Id still be careful if you plan on running a tire pretty wide, and stay cautious of the offset. If you bottom out on those springs be careful if the tires wont hit the fenders and blow on you.

i rub a lil bit on the drive side but thats only when i hit a bump hard or w/e. but overall it sits pretty flush with the fenders, camber is nice cuz at least the wheels camber in so it wont hit the fender straight on.

oh btw, i dont know if the suspension is set up the same way as the 90-93 accord cuz i know the suspension is interchangeable but my friend had those rims on his 93 cb7 and he was lowered on tein springs. they looked pretty nice but i think there was like some upper control arm or something like that that would rub against the tire which practically made the tire wear out fast on the inner part of it.
