Default 99 Honda Accord 2.3L

Im reaching out because I haven't found anything close to the problem Im having with my fathers 99 Accord.

No security key light and No CEL. Jumped the OBDII and no codes flashed. No injector pulse, fuel pump click or spark. Used a test light to check injector pulse and for power to the distributor. I have power to the distributor but no injector pulse and no spark. I know no injector pulse on startup is a sign the ECU isn't communicating. I've checked all fuses and ACG fuse and relays etc.

I replaced;
Main relay, ECU with matching ignition and Key
Distributor, Ignitor, Coil, Cap, rotor, wires and plugs.

Check G101 ground cleaned it as well as all other grounds inside the passenger compartment and engine bay.

The car cranks fine but will not fire, I have no CEl light in the on position or green security key light. All other idiot lights working.

I've tried putting the car in neutral and starting it and still got nothing. Im out of ideas on what I could be expect crank position sensor but I've thrown enough expensive parts at it already. Im just wondering if it may even be the problem.

That needs to be checked and corrected first. Without the key light you cannot diagnose the immobilizer system, it has five codes that are only retrieved through the green light, like OBDI codes.
Fuses for the Green Key lamp are as follows
BATT>
No. 41(100A) under hood fuse box >
No.54 (40A)Under hood fuse box>
Yellow wire>
No. 13 Pass under dash fuse box>
Wht/Blu wire>
Green Key lamp bulb in dash cluster >
Pink wire >
A12 on the PCM

It is the same 1.4W lamp as the rest of the warning lights on the dash cluster. Switch the immobilizer(green key) lamp out with a known good warning lamp, reinstall gauge cluster to verify functionality.
If the receiver around the key cylinder is not detecting the correct key, the green key light should be blinking after a couple of seconds being on solid after turning the ignition to II(ON).

Main relay is powered via Batt > 100A fuse > No. 46(15A) under hood fuse box.
Since a new PCM didn't do anything I'm suspecting there is a problem with the Fuse, lamps, or wiring.

Was there any recent work done to the car? No matter how mundane.

If the CEL lamp is not functioning, check underdash drivers fuse box N0.9(7.5A). And again check that the lamp itself is good, or replace it with a known good one to verify functionality. As well as Pin A18 at the PCM.

Thanks for replying.

No work done except what I've replaced. My dad drove it to dinner came out after eating and wouldn't start.

He had it towed to a place they had it two months and did nothing to it so he brought it to me.

I've checked all the fuses in every fuse box they are all good even replace a few that looked questionable. I metered every fuse on both sides for power and have it. I'll attempted some of your other suggestions but I'm thinking its wiring also but I was at a lost where to look, having a little be more info I can try to trace it step by step with my multimeter this weekend and I'll report back thank you so much.

Think you might get a better response over at Drive Accord.

Ok check all fuse and blubs all check out fine with my meter and a test light. The ignition stays solid no blinking with the key in the on position, checked the A12 pin on the PCM/ECU whatever and it has power 13.7 volts. The only thing I've found is no power supply to the main relay, blk/ylw wire, shows no power to the main relay in the key on position.
