Default 99 accord 2.3 crank pulley WOBBLE!

Hey guys. I just did a timing belt, balancer belt, tensioners and all seals on my moms car yesterday and for some reason now.. Im not sure if it was doing it before but it has a really nasty crankshaft pulley wobble at idle. Is there ANYTHING that i could do to double check that this is indead the pulley and not something else i did wrong?? The pulley looks great! No chips, cracks even the rubber looks good. So its weird to think this thing is bad. Please throw me your thoughts. Also the timing belt seems alittle noisy now too. Ive already tried loosening and tighting the belts but seems just noiser then before. Thanks!

Are you visually seeing it wobble or just feeling lots of vibration?? I don't know if it's possible for that pulley to wobble if it's slid on completely, short of the hole being bored out. I'd say you probably didn't set the timing on the balance shafts, but that's just from the info you provided.

as afaccord stated. sounds like the balancer shaft was not correctly set causing the vibration and belts noise. there is a 12mm bolt on the intake side of the block. you are suppost to put a smaller bolt or rod in the hole to line up the balancer shaft before you put the belt on.

not feeling any vibration at all in the car. Just seeing a slight wobble at the crank pulley at idle. This is also without any belts on it too to keep the fact that i could overtighten them and cause this problem out of the equation.

are you sure this could cause this? I already ripped both the timing belt and balancer belt off 2 times already to double check everything was lined up perfectly. But i did not know about any bolt trick. To be honest i couldnt really see any markings to line up the firewall side pulley at all and couldnt find it online either. So i marked everything when it was at tdc to double check it when i put it back together.

tore it apart again. I had it lined up correctly but i took it off and re-did it just to double check. Pulley still has wobble at idle. If i put my flashlight on strobe mode and i can really clearly see the pulley wobbling back and forth. Its not a wobble like its loose but its just like its rotating unevenly. I took the timing belt and balance shaft belt pulley off and cleaned the surfaces that they lay up against each other with just to make sure there wasnt something that was making it rotate unevenly. Car drives great. Has a slight whine. I made both the timing belt and balance belt were perfectly tensioned too. I put aftermarket tensioner pulleys on it so maybe thats what is causing the whine. But other then that car is great. Very smooth idle just its my parents car and i want it to be right.
