If so, I'll probably sell it as a whole parts car

like i said. just cut off the top of the timing belt cover. then you'll be able to see if it is.

Just remember if the belt is broken, everytime you turn that engine over what ever valves are open are being hit by the pistons. possiblly......hopefully doing more damage that before you might get lucky and crack some guides.

free helpful advise..
Insted of taking off the valve cover and cutting off timing covers<<LOL. You can take the oil cap off and look down at the #1 intake rockers if they ain't moving you win the big prize....Major engine work

How much am I looking at?
Hi guys. I have similar problem with my Honda Accord 95 v6 2.7. I have been having some symptoms of problem. Anytime I start my car after driving for awhile and engine is warmed up, it will start but the rpm drops to 200rpm before raising back to 800rpm. But this morning while I was driving to work the engine just off. I start and it keeps cranking but won't start.

test coil and icm:

Advanced Ignition Troubleshooting - Team Integra Forums - Team Integra

could also be main relay:

Honda Acura Essential Electrical Repair Website. Troubleshooting Main Relay, Coil, Igniter, etc.

other possibilities:
