92 Accord Starting Problem
This problem is really frustrating and I hope that someone here can help me.
I got the car a month ago from my dad, he said that it had a slight problem, in that when you turn the key over, the check engine light would come on, and then it would turn off, then you could start the car. However, if the light doesn’t turn off, the car will crank, just not turn over.
This was an intermittent problem for while, and it would usually go away after just turning the key on and off a few times.
Now the light won’t turn off at all and the car will only crank but not turn over.
Any ideas?

yea I have same problem in my 92 accord. But what happens in my car is that it doesnt start cuz the car reads the transmission as being in Park and Drive at the same time. The D light blinks and car won't start but cranks. So I usually turn it off and wait a bit and it works ahah

My 91 Accord started to do the same thing after i changed the breaks on the front. I checked the dizzy and found major carbon build up i replaced the cap the rotor bug and ing moudle and the coil, I highly recomend using OEM parts. I replaced mine with Oreilly parts twice had a honda tech tell me that i should use OEM parts . I did and so far so good i hope thats all it was. Hope this helps
