Are there any noises if you turn the wheel with engine running, while parked?
If noises are only when you're driving, is it there if you turn right and left?
Did you check PS fluid level?

Re: (thorclark)
i think those accords had an issue with the high pressure hose.
let the car idle, and reach about halfway down on the p/s line that runs by the upper timing cover. if you feel a wicked humming noise, i think that's your problem. there's some kind of check valve that gets dislodged if i remember correctly.

I dont think its just the power steering the way it sounds power steering wouldnt make the front end float. Ima take it in for estimate today.
