90 Accord wont start, PLZ HELP!!!!
I have checked the fuel pump (it works). Changed the main relay and the distributer cap and the igniter module and the battery. Still nothing. It won't turn over. Any suggestion????? Please help me

You meant to say it does not crank? Or it cranks but won't fire up and run?
If it does not crank, check the starter solenoid.
If it won't fire up and run, you need to check for spark, and compression on all cylinders since you checked the fuel pump is running. Can you smell fuel in the exhaust?
If you changed the igniter, and still you don't get spark, it could be the ignition coil inside the distributor. They usually fail on these generation cars.

Accord EX 1991 has it right. Check for spark by getting an old spark plug disconnecting the wire from the car and inserting the old plug in it. Then have a friend crank the motor, you should see a blue spark on the end of the plug. Or you can set it near a ground source and see the spark there.
