Default 2000 honda accord 4cy shuts off sitting at a light or driving.

So I was driving my car on the freeway and the rpm started stuttering really bad like it wanted to die but it didnt die on the freeway it waited until I got off and slowed down .than it just stopped after trying to get it to start it will drive for 5 min and than stop again .. I did some research and changed the fuel relay sensor under the steering wheel and that worked for about 2 hours. I checked the ignition recall and I jiggle my keys and it dont cut off .I feels like it runs out of gas but I have a half a tank. I changed the spark plugs and made sure everything is firing. I'm going to check the fuel filter and pump to make sure that's not clogged ..I see so many people with this issue and no one every post if they fixed the problem what should I do I already guessed on the spark plugs and the fuel relay .. oh and no check engine light comes on at all .

Did it feel like it was topping out at a particular RPM? If so it could be ECM related. Sounds like it's not getting fuel. Maybe fuel pump?
