The needle moves just never gets to half and the fan never comes on.. I drove the car for about 20 mins highway action.. fan never kicked on...

Well if it's not getting to halfway it probably won't come on. Mine only engaged at 1/2 and above. Are you overheating?

Today I ran around with it jumped.. never overheated... Tomm will be the test.. I will be letting you know what happens..

Joining late.....astmd1655 has you going.

Driving on the highway, you have enough air moving they prob won't come on. Crank it up in the driveway, let it run while keeping an eye on the gauge...might hold the rpms at 2~2.5K for a few minutes to speed this up, even still it may take 15 minutes or so before the car will get warm enough for them to come on.

For the ac relay, you can test the inputs....using a 94 here, if yours is differnt then the wire color maybe off..

WHT - 12 v -fused from under hood
BLK/YEL - 12 v from fan control
RED/BLU - Ground when ac is switched on - I think this comes from the ECU...sorry don't want to get out the books.

Oh, then if all of this is correct, 12 v should go to the compressor -RED wire.
