1994 Accord M/T Mount replacement
Hey all!
So i just orded a new drivers side mount and also the rear mount, my accord has a manual transmission. Wondering if any of you could give tips or advice on how to go about the rear mount, ive read that people took their intake off but it isnt necessary, also that the m.t mount is skinner than then the auto. Advice and what tools and time frames im looking at, anything is appreciated!

Jack the front of the car up securely.
For the rear mount, unbolt the front mount through bolt as well as the rear through bolt. You may have to rock the engine a bit to get the bolts out.
With a stock air intake, remove it for more access. Use a long extension and a wobble or U joint to get the two bolts on the P side, and the Driver bolt can be accessed under the car.
Roll the engine forward and pull the old mount out, it takes a bit of messing about but it will come out. I *think* I pulled mine out from the top as the diapgram does not allow it to drop out the bottom. I also might have removed the intake manifold strut under the intake to allow more access for the mount to come out. But I did not remove the intake manifold itself.

I removed my intake mani when I installed my Hasport rear mount and a 97+ Prelude rear t-bracket. I have a RoskoRacing Euro R IM, so it had been removed before and it's easy to undo again. Had so much room doing it this way but it can be done without removing the IM.
