Default 03 Accord Battery/Alternator Problems?

I'm new to this site, I have an 03 Honda Accord EX Coupe with 40k miles on it. I have a Pioneer in-dash DVD player, extra pioneer radio, ipod hardwired, satellite radio, hard-wired phone charger, Projector H.I.D. 8000k for the headlights and 10000k H.I.D. for the fogs, plus a 1500 watt amp for my w7 and a 500 watt amp for my interior speakers. I know that is a lot to have on my car and I also have a capacitor to take some of the load off the battery. My problem is that a few months ago even after having that stuff in there for a year my battery stayed constant at 14.8 volts and even when the system peaked dropped no lower than 13 volts. Now my car will randomly drop between 8-10 volts even with all this stuff off and barely manages to stay on. Mainly when the car idles or is at stop lights it will intermittently drop to this voltage, the radio and guages and everything shut off and my meter tells me the battery is only at 8 volts. It also dies a lot and fails to start now. I got a Lo-test done and they said the alternator was fine, what can I do, I can give more details I am just trying to get off my chest all that is happening, thanks for everyone's help in advance.
