awesome man! What rates are you using? I might go take some pictures today if it warms up a bit more.

To be honest with you, I actually am not sure. I want it to be stiff... any comments?
BTW, I'll be looking forward to some pics when I finished installing. So now you can't let me down, Erik.

you don't know what spring rates you have? If these are off the shelf Konis I'd go for something around 400-450. anything over that is a bit more than the shocks can really handle and it will be bouncy.
Bought them used from a guy a year ago. They have this written on two of them GC180.64.44 and GC200.64.97 on the other two. The Koni's are adjustables.

That's not bad. it'll be pretty comfortable on the street, but it is a bit high for the shocks. You may want to pick up a 450lb/in set for the front of the car to use with the 250s in the rear.
Thanks for the helping me out. I'll look into them once I save up more money. I'll notice a difference from the suspension I'm on now right? Currently I'm running Eibach Sportlines and stock shocks. I'm planning on putting Ground Controls as low as they can go since I do not have my front lip on. Then once I get the lip on I'll raise it up so I can clear things.

you'll definitely notice a difference and you can go pretty darn low, but any lower than you are currently and you're just going to make the car handle worse. If you're just interested in the looks of it, then by all means go for it. If you want the car to handle well and be driveable, then I wouldn't go really any lower than your car is now. That height is already kind of pushing it.
The springs are only about $40-50 a piece. You can get them from GC or just get the ERS springs from Eibach.

Oh, I don't need to get a whole coilover set, just a new spring? I'll have to check that out.

yeah, you just need a 7" x 2.5" spring with a rate of whatever you want.

Well I didn't get my GC/Koni's put on today. Turns out that my coilovers are for stock shocks. I purchased the coilovers for 150 bucks, two years ago. When I purchased them, I had no idea what I was doing. So now, I have to purchase new coilover's and I'll get better spring rates.
