eh, to each his own. to me a polished/silver oval canister looks too much like the cheap crap you get at Midas or whatever. Plus I like to be more stealth anyway.

 

i can kinda see that.. i just love the way it looks like on the apexi WSII, comptech and such.. the flat black kinda reminds me of pacesetter lol


definetly love the plugged rear wiper, i did that on mine as well.. i might be a ricer though cause i keep my front ones off as well, i was scared at first but we had a bad rain the other night, and i had no idea rain X actually worked that well i couldn't even tell water was hitting my windshield.. i keep my wipers & rainx both in my trunk though in case.. doesn't rain that often normally though... just think it looks cleaner without'em

i never thought about that. my oe muffler looks like garbage...black paint will definitely clean it up.

btw guys...megan lca's came in today...and they just got done being installed. i'll post some rear end pics once i get the muffler painted. i've got an itr exhaust tip that i'll get polished...give 'er a little bling blang

 

none of you tealster's need a new comptech lip for a 98+ do ya?

 

like an ITR-style lip already painted? I could use a new one as mine is fairly beat up, but I can't really spend the money at the moment (see big red text below ).

I might, depends if I can scrape up $400 by June. If I can't then I'll most likely take it.

 

if i got another lip for my car...i'd get an si/vtec lip. doesn't hang that low...

 

 

nah it's not painted, it hasn't been installed or anything at all, it's brand new still..

yeah it's a comptech (ITR) lip for a 98+.. i bought it when i had my 98+ bumper, when i decided to keep my 95 front i bought a 97 comptech lip so i have this one laying around

i hadn't posted it up for sale yet.. i'd imagine these will go up in price since Comptech closed shop and these are out of production now.. seen them going ebay for 249.99 + 25 shipping already...

i got my muffler painted and the tip polished...looks SO much better. i'll have pics up in a few days...

Yeah my stock muffler tip looks rather crappy ever since I dragged it on a driveway several years ago and dented the bottom edge of it. Then I tried to remove the bolt hold it on and the head broke off. It's been like that probably 4+ years.

 

yeah i noticed there site is still working as well..

i dunno, search google there is a few links on some carzines, and other forums..
i read it on the s2kiforum, and nsxprime.com

 

NOTE: I work in parts for an Acura dealership. A customer came and wanted to get a price on a Comptech '07 TL-S supercharger system. I called Comptech and there are still people answering the phones, but they told me they have nothing because they closed down.

Its OEM off an ITR bumper I bought.

 

 

i like the new look man.. i've been wanting white wheels bad lately, but i'm gonna stick with the polished for a bit longer.. those look great though..
