No radio isn't all that bad at all. I have gone without one for long periods of time when mine got stolen.
Sounds of the car can be quite enjoyable, but I am turbo. it might get old in a stock car or something.

i can't wait to see the outcome of the bay, i'm about to swap in a built LS motor that i'm almost done, and i was thinking of tucking/shaving the bay. i think it'll look clean as hell! post pics if you have them, good job again man!

I would think the turbo sounds would get old more quickly than a NA motor. Thats just me though. Stock exhaust would deifnitly suck with no radio though.

If you got the time and either know how or are willing to spend alot time learning do it. Be forewarned shaving a bay is very time consuming especially for a first timer. I couldn't even estimate how many hours I have in the bay alone and its not even painted.
Theres quite a few pics in the thread already. Everything is *ALMOST* ready to be painted. Just got to tape off and prep the jams, tape off the doors, and sand the bay one more time, wash and its ready to go. **HOPING** to paint this weekend, but well see, I have alreayd said that a couple times and it keeps getting put off.

Not to me. I guess more of a to each his own type deal. I personally enjoy driving my car without the radio on (that is when it was running). Especially on open roads when you can ride out a few of the gears and such. Don't get me wrong NA is cool too. I went months without a radio in my old ek coupe w/ an itr motor. I loved listening to that motor.

and how are you going to attach a US license plate to the UK bumper?
</TD></TR></TABLE>
trust me when I say this...I waited very long time to come across that UKDM rear bumper....and it was under $100.00 for it too!!
the rear taillights...paided an arm or two for them
as for the plate...i modified the euro plate frame to fit a US plate.

hey now all you need is a sticker for the back with a GB on it, like my H for Hungary, picked it up when I was in Budapest last year.

$600 shipped for the coilover setup (bodykitsNW - sponsor on here). The ride really is great with them, i couldnt be happier with them even after the 9hr straight drive i did with them when I drove from MD to NC.
