i had experience...but the only way to get it is to dig it. the best thing to do is research everything and buy everything before taking anything apart.

i'd buy a haynes manual first and study up on it. knowledge is everything

here's everything you need: flywheel, flywheel bolts, clutch, clutch bolts, trans, slave cylinder (these sometimes come on with the trans), all clutch lines, clutch master cylinder, clutch pedal, brake pedal, shirter and shift linkage. the one thing you have to buy to make this work is a Hasport conversion mount...$179



you could buy a maual ls ecu or simply wire the gear selector in park to trick the ecu so you can free rev the motor. but the ecu will throw a check engine light because there wont be any of the auto tranny sensors. so that's up to you....

another thing you can buy if you want is a manual gauge cluster. for this, you can buy any year cluster but newer clusters don't work in the older cars. on the back of the cluster you can unscrew the gauges from the new cluster and put them in your cluster. you could just take out the tach but newer integra's clusters gauge faces a different color. if you care enough, you can roll the miles on the new speedo to your mileage...but that is very trickey...or just change gauge faces...it's all up to you.

 

Id buy the LS ecu for sure. Im guessing the 179 is for conversion mount and you told me that pricing cause everything else are honda oem parts?

can i run a manual with the guage cluster i already have? what would the difference be between my cluster and a manual cluster? if i gotta change it i wanna get a type r cluster. Im sure Ill get all these answers when I research it but im not researching it just yet, ima talk with a few more friends about helping me out. I spoke with my buddy with the GTI, hes not comfortable doing a swap like that on my teg but my buddy at my old work has a 4 door teg that he plans on putting a gsr motor in, its just sitting in his garage doing nothing but maybe I can get him back into it. Your auto cluster would work just fine, i had a auto cluster in my old manual 94 LS

Alright well thats almost a reality. grtek was nice enough to have come across a nice teal gsr and send me the link. The guy wants 3800, but I also found someone looking for an automatic teg, along with some other things, hes looking to spend 3500. I messaged the other guy to see if he'll let his teg go for 3500. If so, a 3 point trade might go down and I might be the happy owner of a b33 gsr. We'll see, I already messaged the guy about getting rid of my auto and he asked about it then never messaged back and Im seeing his posts again looking for a teg so we'll see, im just waiting on the guy with the gsr now. fingers crossed guys

Well I spoke with the guy wanted a teg that can be auto. He asked what interier color, he doesnt want tan, I replied and he read it but didnt say anything back. That'd be the second time hes not replied to something about it, I had to bring it up again to get him to ask what inter i had. So i dunno, I dont wanna be pushy.

And I like the idea of the GSR cause then Ill also have a vtec to start from where as if I did a swap I still have my b18b, i think.

So we'll see, since Ive spoken to that guy and told him my inter he's posted another bulletin about looking for a car. So i mean i'd take that as a no, thats what id mean if i didnt reply then kept looking.

so.. im not sure if I mentioned to you guys, but I got OEM Honda headlights to replace the shitty *** replicas the owner before put in. I got them a few weeks ago, but procrastinate to put them on because they needed to be repolished. I couldn't find 1000+ grit sandpaper locally, so they're hazy. I'm going to order finer grit sandpaper and really polish them up. I finally slapped them on tonight, and oh my I can see so much better with the OEMs.

oh, and yes, I'm a picture ***** sometimes.
