whats the main difference between the type1 and type2 coilovers from F&F? Adjustability and that control unit?

Which one would go lower?

type 2 has camber adjustment and some other adjustment features, I don't think any one will go lower than the other.

Ok guys, had another question thats been puzzling me and no luck with researchign it.
I have a cam I bought from a friend of a friend who said it was a stage 2 cam from the d16z6 engine, says he got it out of a bad motor. The only markings I can find anywhere on it are on the dizy end and say "D322". Im not sure what manu or aplication it is and dont want to put it in if not for my car. ALso will put it up someones *** if its just stock lol. ANy help greatly appretiated as always

yea thats what im thinking. Looks like you can adjust the stiffness, which is what i want, get as as low as i can with out to many rubbing issues.

Thanks man The hood is a little banged up but will be replaced soon. As for going lower, not at the moment, enjoying stock height. Eventually she'll get a Koni/GC setup.
