I'm no expert but, isn't that a chargespeed wing?

 

I think that one is the j's, it has the hole for the LED from the SIR wing. Here is a pic of the chargespeed, it's different and can be used with both the USDM wing and JDM wing.
EDIT : I think you are right, looks like a chargespeed

That wing is broken, the under part is missing. Chargespeed=J's.

In other news, i think i might buy a White fit, depends on if my work can hook it up with a deal!
