with slicks, not necessarily on the stock looking tires. of course, its gonna get crappy times with the low resistance tires. it looks like your right chad, it doesnt appear that any us itr's had 4 lug, the jdm 96-97 itrs had 4 x 113.4 (as noted in the itr forum)

EDIT: there is also a crx in dseries.org (big tuna?) that has around 150 whp, and he is in the 13s (with slicks of course). so with ~185 whp that should be around low 13 (right?)s.

with slicks that car would do 13s and trap in the 90s.

and at palmdale it would still run 15s because...well....if youve never been there, jsut ask somebody.

4x114.3 was on 96 only. 97+ was 5 lug.

as fara s best sohc to install. d16y8 boosted with the edelbrock manifold, a pm6 distributor, si trans, and obd1 conversion

i thought you have to use a obd-1 dist with a obd-1 ecu and obd-0 w/ 0?

good thing you caught that...i totally missed that.

the y8 head uses the more common alignment for the distributor housing bolts. the z6 you have to slot the casing or use a z6 dizzy.

so with a y8 head and an obd1 ecu you can use any 92-95 dx p06 distributor.

the feet on a z6 distributor are different adn tehy are harder to come by. the y8 also has a better cam, and if you were to stay white plug you could just use an si distributor like i accidentally stated above since it will bolton without needing to cut the feet to get it timed right.

taht would work just as well. i'm not a big fan of the mini-me though so if i went that route it would have to be a z6 longblock. my mini-me experiments hae always ended in oil consumption. it's 100% due to the fact that i never replaced teh valve seals and i didn't exactly have the top candidate for a bottom end but it still left a bad taste in my mouth.

Can't push the horn button while you're racing, yo! That's why you gotta mount it on the shift ****, so you can trigger your vtec in the middle of a hot street race. That's how it used to be done.
